Drupal for Content Editors

These 2 days cover the essentials of Drupal's content model and how to adapt it to your current or future editorial needs.
Topics include theoretic content modelling, general Information Architecture principles, defining and configuring content types, content versioning, multimedia handling and setting up content publication workflows.
Drupal for Site Builders

Drupal and Docker for Developers and Sysadmins

For experienced developers who already know how to set up and configure a LAMP stack, this workshop is an introduction to containers and how/when operating system-level virtualization makes sense.
Using Docker as our Linux container system of choice, we'll go through the basics of getting Drupal inside one or more Docker containers up and running.
Topics include an overview and comparison of contemporary Linux container systems, Docker and Docker Hub, isolating services and applications in containers, and orchestrating large scale applications with open source tools.
